Friends of Age Exchange

Welcome to the Friends of Age Exchange.  We support the work of Age Exchange, a charity based in Blackheath, south-east London, by raising income through membership subscriptions and fund-raising events as well as by raising awareness of the charity’s work. Age Exchange is the UK's leading reminiscence charity using memories and arts to bring people together, to make their lives better, to learn from and value each other and to build stronger families and communities.  It provides training to help NHS staff transform the treatment of older people, particularly Alzheimers's and dementia sufferers. The charity also hosts and runs Blackheath Village Library - a branch of the Lewisham public library service.
